Gymnastics sizers and / or gymnastics samples

Dear association,

Thank you for requesting gymnastics sizers and / or gymnastics sample. Below we explain the rules regarding the received gymnastics sizers and / or the received sample.

Gymnastics sizers

You pay a contribution towards the washing and replacement costs of the sizers. After return, the sizers are washed, checked and or replaced for the next association that needs it. You pay € 5 for the first set of sizers and € 2.50 extra for each additional set of sizers.

We receive the sizers back after 2 weeks. Do you need more time? Request an extension via info@cek-gymnastics.com. If no other association is waiting for the sizerss, this is often no problem.

If we have not received the sizers back within 3 weeks and we have not received an extension request from you, we will assume that you want to keep it. You will then receive an invoice for replacing the entire set of sizers.

The sizers in combination wirh a sample function as a guideline, which, can be used to estimate the correct sizes.

Gymnastics sample

We also advise you to order a sample leotard. You pay the normal amount for this sample. If this sample comes from our stock collections, you can return the sample tougether with the sizers. As soon as we have received the leotard back in good condition, we will credit the amount you paid for the sample to your account.

If the sample is made / composed especially for you, this sample is excluded from exchange / return and cancellation.

You let the sample try on by 2 children with that size and compare the sample with the same size of the sizers. This way you can determine how the desired sample falls in relation to the sizers and you know whether you should order equal to / greater than or smaller than the sizers.

Do you use the sample as a fitting size for the entire group? Then it is possible that you will not (fully) receive the amount you paid for the sample.

Our prices are valid for 1 month, including VAT and excluding shipping costs.

Average delivery time for ERVY and GIMAR is 4-6 weeks, for GK In Stock 2-4 weeks and GK Special orders 8-12 weeks. This is after receipt of payment and design approval.

With a team order, we always recommend ordering a fitting series and a test suit. This allows the sizes to be chosen well.

Team orders for which no fitting series and sample pack have been ordered in advance are at the risk of the customer.

Exchange/return and cancellation of a team order:

All special orders are excluded from exchange/return and cancellation. For In Stock / stock items an exchange fee of 20% applies if more than 1 item is exchanged.

Please note that this price is only valid for the requested and described model. When the materials change, the price also changes.

We also refer to our updated care instructions, which are included with every order. For team/association orders, the recipient is responsible for ensuring that everyone is aware of these care instructions.

When combined with strong color contrasts, for example light - dark or light - neon, please see our washing instructions. For safety reasons, we recommend that you order a free wax sample in advance (only possible with ERVY, you only pay the shipping costs). ERVY does not guarantee the separation of sequins on mesh fabrics.

Overflow fabrics from ERVY can run back to the other fabric in larger sizes.
