Exchange/return/cancel consumer orders
If you ship via PostNL, please email us the track and trace number and keep a close eye on whether it has been delivered to us or to a collection point. If the return has been delivered to a collection point, we need the track and trace code to be able to pick it up. If they deliver to a collection point, we will not receive a message from PostNL and the package will be returned to you after a few days. We are not responsible for the extra costs that must be incurred in order to have the package delivered to us. Unfortunately, this is PostNL's policy.
Return labels in the Netherlands can easily be ordered via the track and trace e-mail.

NB: You can only order and use this label if the original order you want to return has been sent with DHL. If shipped with Deutsche Post or Fedex, it is not possible to use this shipping label.
You may Exchange / Return or Cancel your order within 14 days. If you return the order within 14 days through your account, then you have another 14 days to ensure that it is delivered to us.
During the holiday months of November and December, an extended return period of 28 days instead of 14 days applies.
If the order is already on its way to you or is it being prepared for shipment, cancellation is no longer possible. If you have not been able to cancel the order in time, you can immediately return it to the carrier.
Some items cannot be canceled.
This concerns: Products that will be or are modified in accordance with your specifications (such as special orders -often club clothing-, basics with jewel additions) and/or items that are clearly personal in nature or cannot be returned due to their nature (such as items with own name, text or logo). Also Undergarments cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
Register return and return it or bring it back
Your order comes with a return slip. In the comment section, state the RMA number that you will receive after registering your return. Registering your return is easy and possible without having to create an account.

Refund of your return
Do you return the entire order? Then you will also receive the shipping costs paid to us back. You pay the shipping costs for the return yourself. Within 3-5 working days (within the Netherlands) or 5-7 working days (outside the Netherlands) after processing your return, you will receive the money back in the payment method you used to pay for the order.
Note: Return shipments from outside the EU are not entitled to a credit for the shipping costs and/or import costs and VAT. Only the returned items will be credited.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Excluded from this are articles that are made especially for you, also called special orders. Once your payment has been received, your order will be put into operation, which is why we see your payment as confirmation, so that items that are made / made especially for you are excluded from revocation. Note: Deviating conditions for group orders and / or team orders (Orders with more than 10 identical items regardless of the dimensions)
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day that your order is in your possession.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement (eg In Writing by post, e-mail or ticket via our website).
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you cancel the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that moment, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice for a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery we offer) and in any case not later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract, from us back. We will pay you back with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such reimbursement.
The reflection period applies exclusively to webshop purchases and not to purchases made at 1 of our physical locations. At one of our physical locations you can view, assess and possibly adjust the product. This is not possible with purchases made via a webshop. That is why you are entitled to a reflection period.
On all articles in our webshop (with the exception of the articles that are specially made for you / also called special orders) a reflection period of 14 days after you have received your order applies. Note: Deviating conditions for group orders and / or team orders (Orders with more than 10 identical items regardless of the dimensions)
Within the reflection period of 14 days, you must notify us in writing by post, e-mail or you register your return via your account on our website. Once you have indicated that you are making use of your right to cancel the contract, you send your order back within 14 days, together with a fully completed return form. You are not obliged to enter a reason, but this does help us improve our services.
Consequences of using the reflection time
As soon as we have received your order in original, unused condition (Test and / or fit the articles only as you would in a shop), you will receive a credit note for those items that we have received from you and in case of a full return of your order also of the delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs as a result of your choice for a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery provided by us). Note: If you only return part of your order, the delivery costs you paid will not be credited or not fully credited. This also applies to completely or partially missing product packaging, product cards, guarantee certificates, etc.
You will receive your payment immediately and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to cancel the agreement, from us (provided you can prove that your order has been returned to us within the period). We will pay you back with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such reimbursement.
Shipping your order back to CEK
Returning your order: We cannot process returns without a fully completed return form. A return form is included with your order. Don't forget to clearly state your RMA number.
You are responsible for the costs of the return. We advise you to choose a shipping method with track and trace at all times. Make sure that your return shipment is sufficiently franked. Any penalties will be passed on to you and deducted from the amount to be paid out to you.

Return it yourself
You can also hand in your return in our showroom in Zwijndrecht Netherlands. Always complete the return form.
Exchange: Exchanging an item for the same item in a different size or color is considered a new order. You return your old order according to the above guidelines and submit your new size via the portal. Would you like to order a different item? Then place the new order online. Would you like to have the credit of your return settled with your new order? Then enter the new order number on your return form and choose to settle with return when placing your new order. You will then receive a message if there is still a credit left or if an additional amount has to be paid. If the prices have changed in the meantime, the new prices will apply to the new order. Do not forget to enter your return in the portal and write the RMA number on your return form.
Exchange or return due to a shipping or manufacturing error
Did you receive a wrong item or does the received item contain a manufacturing error? Then you must report this in writing by e-mail or contact form on our website.
You will then receive instructions for returning the goods.
Does the article fit through the letterbox? Then the maximum reimbursement for returning the mail is the cost of post office mailbox with track and trace via PostNL. For packages you receive an instruction by e-mail. To qualify for the reimbursement, please mail the receipt and the track and trace code to firstname.lastname@example.org together with your IBAN data. You will then return the amount within 14 days to the IBAN specified by you.
Returns of group orders / team orders
For teams there are sizing samples available for a small fee, also teams receive discounts from 10 identical items regardless of the dimensions. For these reasons, a return rate (Re-stocking fee) of 20% applies to the return of more than 1 item of the group order.
