Shipping and collection
To be able to send your order as well and quickly as possible, we use the following postal companies DHL, Deutsche Post, Fedex and PostNL. Depending on the product, address and chosen service, these carriers try to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
After your order has arrived at the carrier, you will receive an e-mail with the track and trace code. You can then easily track your order.
With us you pay shipping costs depending on the country to which your order is to be sent and depending on the size, weight and chosen delivery service of the order.
The Netherlands: Delivery costs from € 4.95, above 75,00 free.
Belgium: Delivery costs from € 6.95.
Germany: Delivery costs from € 6,95.
France: Delivery costs from 8,95.
Other countries: Delivery costs from € 9,95.
We deliver your order as much as possible in 1 time.
If this is not possible within the stated average delivery time, we will ship in 2 parts.
If you order items with different delivery times, take into account the longest delivery time. Do you want to receive your order earlier in 2 parts? Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You then pay an additional contribution to the shipping costs. As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an e-mail message about this. As soon as your order has been collected from us and has been processed by the shipping company, you will receive a track and trace message via e-mail.
Why do I pay shipping costs?
Unfortunately, the carriers do not deliver for free. Because we want to be transparent and do not want to price the prices of our products higher, we charge the shipping costs. All our orders are sent with track and trace, even if it is delivered through the letterbox.
Collection & reservation
If tomorrow is too long and the items are in stock, you can often have them today! You can also choose to pick up your order in our Showroom in Hendrik Ido Ambacht Netherlands. You then pay no delivery costs. As soon as your order is in stock with us, you will receive a pick-up message. Not all items are located in our showroom, but in pop-up stores.
When can I pick up my order?
If the product is in stock, you can often pick it up the same day. If you order outside opening hours, your order will be ready the next day. You will receive an email stating that your order is ready to be picked up. Do not forget to bring your order number.
