If you want to return your order, you are responsible for the costs of this.
This also applies if you refuse the delivery or if the delivery is not collected at a collection point. The costs are equal to the shipping costs you paid.
We always recommend a method with track and trace so that you can follow the return.
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, you will receive a free return label from us for returning it.
Return labels can easily be ordered via our website. On the next working day you will receive the label by e-mail to return your shipment. Click here to order your return label.
NB: You can only order and use this label if the original order you want to return has been sent with DPD.
Attention:
If you ship via PostNL, please email us the track and trace number and keep a close eye on whether it has been delivered to us or to a collection point. If the return has been delivered to a collection point, we need the track and trace code to be able to pick it up. If they deliver to a collection point, we will not receive a message from PostNL and the package will be returned to you after a few days. We are not responsible for the extra costs that must be incurred in order to have the package delivered to us. Unfortunately, this is PostNL's policy.
