Collection: Order return labels

If you want to return your order, you are responsible for the costs of this.

This also applies if you refuse delivery or if the delivery is not collected from a collection point. The costs are equal to the shipping costs you paid.

We always recommend a method with track and trace so that you can track the return.

If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, you will receive a free return label from us for returning it.
