Other fonts, colors, logos and other images for teams are available on request.

Names are printed standard on the back of pants, tights, t-shirts and sweaters.

Dimensions are adapted to the size of the article and, for example, the length of the name. The prints are unique and can, therefore, differ from a previous order. The printer of the article determines the correct size and position in his or her eyes.

Who are we?

About us

Together with my husband Enrico Visser (who passed away in October 2020), I started CEK Gymnastics in 1999. From a small room in the house, to a garage, to a small shop, we have grown into a shop of over 350m2 consisting only of gymnastics. Together with my loyal employees and my youngest son, we continue our company with the same passion for gymnastics as Enrico has always had. Despite these 2 difficult years in 2020 and 2021, we are happy to welcome everyone back in our store again from April 28, 2021 without appointments. Of course, we continue to follow the regulations imposed to guarantee you and our health.

Where could you have seen us?

In addition to the national and regional competitions in the Netherlands, we are also present at many major events in Europe; In the Netherlands, for many years already, during the Fantastic Gymnastics in AHOY Rotterdam. In Germany, the DTB Pokal in Stuttgart. World Artistic Gymnastics Championships 2019 in Stuttgart. World Gymnaestrada Dornbirn Austria July 2019. CSR – Corporate Social Responsibility

Of course everyone wants that. We do our utmost to take the climate into account. That is why we have been completely off gas since 2016, all lamps are LED lamps and we try to purchase the most energy efficient equipment.

Once you have placed all the items of your choice in the shopping cart, go to the shopping cart at the top right of the page. No problem. We ship to countries such as Belgium, Germany, France, Austria, Spain, Portugal Italy, Poland, the Czech Republic and Switzerland. If there are many requests from one country and the shipping costs are stable, more countries will be added.

Terms & conditions in short

Average expected order value per month € 1000.00. If this is not achieved, we reserve the right to terminate the dealer agreement with effect from the new year.

Shipping costs are calculated for each shipment.

Back orders are sent with a subsequent order.

Orders are generally not taken from our own stock, but ordered from the brands especially for you. Therefore, take into account a delivery time for stock items of 2-4 weeks on average. For special orders, see the order confirmation and invoice.

Orders will only be processed after full payment.

After your order has arrived at the carrier, you will receive an e-mail with the track and trace code. You can then simply follow your order.

Store collect

If tomorrow takes too long and the items are in stock, you can often have them today! You can also choose to collect your order in our store in Zwijndrecht, the Netherlands. You do not pay any delivery costs. You will receive a pick-up message as soon as your order is in stock with us. Not all items are located at our permanent store location, but in pop-up stores.

Do you want to be sure that you can pick up your products in the store? Make a reservation. With a reservation you can be sure that the products are ready for you.

How do I place a reservation?

The Netherlands: Delivery costs from € 4.95.

Belgium: Delivery costs from €7.50.

Germany: Delivery costs from €9.95.

Other countries: Delivery costs from € 14.95.

 

We deliver your order as much as possible in one shipment.

If this is not possible within the stated average delivery time, we will ship in 2 parts.

If you order items with different delivery times, please take into account that the longest delivery time applies to this delivery. Would you like to receive your order sooner in 2 parts? Cancel, return & exchange

Consumer orders

Easy said

You may Exchange / Return or Cancel your order within 14 days. If you return the order within 14 days through your account, then you have another 14 days to ensure that it is delivered to us.

If the order is already on its way to you or is it being prepared for shipment, cancellation is no longer possible. If you have not been able to cancel the order in time, you can immediately return it to the carrier.

Some items cannot be canceled.

Refund of your return

Exchange

The exchange of an item for the same item in a different size or color is considered a new order. Returns of group orders / team orders

For teams there are sizing samples available for a small fee, also teams receive discounts from 10 identical items regardless of the dimensions. For these reasons, a return rate (Re-stocking fee) of 20% applies to the return of more than 1 item of the group order.

You will receive your payment immediately and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to cancel the agreement, from us (provided you can prove that your order has been returned to us within the period). Shipping your order back to CEK

Return shipments without a completed return form we cannot process your return. A return form is included with your order. If you do not have this form, you can download the form here. Do not forget to clearly state your order number.

You are responsible for the costs of the return. We advise you to choose a shipping method with track and trace at all times. Make sure that your return shipment is sufficiently franked. Any penalties will be passed on to you and deducted from the amount to be paid out to you.

Exchange

The exchange of an item for the same item in a different size or color is considered a new order. You return your old order according to the above guidelines and pass on your new order as you are used to. Do you want the balance of your return to be settled with your new order? Then fill in the new order number on your return form and choose when transferring your new order for bank transfer. You will receive a message if there is still a credit left or if an amount has to be paid. If prices have changed since then the new prices for the new order apply.

Exchange or return due to a shipping or manufacturing error

Did you receive a wrong item or does the received item contain a manufacturing error? Then you must report this in writing by e-mail or contact form on our website.

You will then receive instructions for returning the goods.

Does the article fit through the letterbox? Then the maximum reimbursement for returning the mail is the cost of post office mailbox with track and trace via PostNL. For packages you receive an instruction by e-mail. To qualify for the reimbursement, please mail the receipt and the track and trace code to info@cek-gymnastics.com together with your IBAN data. You will then return the amount within 14 days to the IBAN specified by you.

Returns of group orders / team orders

For teams there are sizing samples available for a small fee, also teams receive discounts from 10 identical items regardless of the dimensions. For these reasons, a return rate (Re-stocking fee) of 20% applies to the return of more than 1 item of the group order.

Warranty

CEK does its best to provide you with the best quality.

Yet, it possible that a product contains a manufacturing defect. CEK offers 6 months of warranty on the (user-) products it supplies. The warranty period starts on the invoice date.

To learn, we will take the defective items return. In accordance with the law, we will repair the article, or we will fully or partly compensate you. The warranty applies only on manufacturing defects (such as loose seams or stitching, broken elastics etc.)

To be eligible for the warranty we need: The article, copy of your proof of purchase, (in the case of clothing) the (size) label, which is located on the inside of the clothing, and a completed complaint form.

What is a manufacturing defect? This is a defective product which is NOT caused by:

- Improper use (e.g. cutting labels from the leotard)

- Normal wear (e.g. Pilling and the loss of shine of the fabric)

- No or poor maintenance (e.g. Not washing the sportswear after each use)

- Colorrunning (e.g. if light- and dark-colored are combined in a leotard, or in combination with a short)

Blurring of the fabric's color, loss of the fabric's shine and loss of the film of the fabric are normal characteristics of (film) fabrics. This is, therefore, excluded from warranty.

Sublimation fabrics: These are fabrics where a print can be put on a (most often) white surface. Because of this, pilling will be visible quickly (this can already be after wearing it only a couple of times). These fabrics are similar to a swimming suit. Contact with rough surfaces and materials can create small "fluffs" and "pulls" in the fabric. Pilling is a normal characteristic for many fabrics. Because of the white background, the white color can become visible at the surface. Unfortunately, it is almost impossible to avoid this and the degree to which this "damage" occurs depends on the degree to which the clothing is used. This is why it is not covered by any warranty.

Wear of leather products is dependent on many factors (including the weight of the wearer and the degree of usage). The thinning of leather products (e.g. grips) is also subject to normal wear and is not covered by the warranty.

Used clothing that has not been washed will not be processed by us. You are then responsible for the shipping costs to receive the clothing back.

Returned items that are not covered by the warranty can, after notice, be picked up at our warehouse free of charge. We can also send the articles to you after you've pay the applicable shipping costs.

Gymnastics clothing can be made of various fragile fabrics. Therefore, check our website for the different fabric properties and their expected lifetimes. This will avoid disappointment. Always follow the maintenance and user guidelines for your gymnastics clothing, materials and tools as stated on our website. If you are unsure whether your complaint is covered by the warranty, please send us a photo and a description of the item and the defect by e-mail first.

Always return your shipment sufficiently stamped or bring it to our warehouse with all necessary information included. Remember to write down your address and e-mail. Within 2 weeks, you will receive an update of  your return shipment by e-mail. Please note that during general holiday periods, this period may be longer.

Repair

Sometimes something goes wrong after the warranty period. In some cases, we can offer you our repair service.

Defective stitching and taking in or laying out clothes.

It is best to have this repaired locally at a local sewing workshop. This saves shipping costs and the repair is carried out faster.

Loss of Rhinestones and Sequins

Do the rhinestones or sequins (Sequinz or Spangles) fall off the first time you wear them?

Then, this is, of course, covered by the warranty. Please email photos of the article.

Do the rhinestones or sequins (Sequinz or Spangles) fall off after wearing / washing a few times?

Then it probably depends on, for example, the detergent used. You can then email photos to info@cek-gymnastics.com for a quote or a request for a repair set of rhinestones. Depending on the size, color and quantity of the rhinestones, we charge € 2.50 plus shipping costs. In some cases several sets are necessary.

Sequins (Sequinz or Spangles) are not repairable. These are machine-cut figures (usually circles) from ribbon. We do not have machines that can process this.

Complaints

  1. CEK has a sufficiently publicized complaints procedure and handles the complaint in accordance with this complaints procedure.
  2. Complaints about the implementation of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described to CEK within 7 days, after the consumer has discovered the defects.
  3. Complaints submitted to CEK will be answered within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeable longer processing time, CEK will reply within the period of 14 days with a notification of receipt and an indication when the consumer can expect a more detailed answer.
  4. If the complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, a dispute will arise that is subject to the dispute settlement procedure.
  5. Complaints that cannot be resolved in mutual consultation, the consumer should contact Stichting WebwinkelKeur (www.webwinkelkeur.nl), which will mediate free of charge. If a solution is not yet reached, the consumer has the option of having his complaint handled by Stichting GeschilOnline, the decision of which is binding and both entrepreneur and consumer agree with this binding decision. There are costs associated with submitting a dispute to this disputes committee, which must be paid by the consumer to the relevant committee. It is also possible to register complaints via the European ODR platform (http://ec.europa.eu/odr).
  6. A complaint does not suspend CEK's obligations, unless CEK indicates otherwise in writing.
  7. If a complaint is found to be justified by CEK, CEK will, at its option, replace or repair the delivered products free of charge.

Many articles can be printed with your own name, logos or images. On these pages, you will find the standard options.

Other fonts, colors, logos and other images for teams are available on request.

Names are printed standard on the back of pants, tights, t-shirts and sweaters.

Dimensions are adapted to the size of the article and, for example, the length of the name. The prints are unique and can, therefore, differ from a previous order. The printer of the article determines the correct size and position in his or her eyes.

Warnings different types of used fabrics

Gymnastics clothing is made of different fabrics. These fabrics have different properties besides being beautiful, modern, shiny etc.

Sublimated fabrics are popular at the moment.

These are fabrics where a print is placed on a (usually) white background. As a result, pilling is quickly visible (this can even be visible after the first wear). These fabrics are similar to a bathing suit. Contact with rough surfaces and materials causes "fluff" and "drags" in the fabric. Pilling is a normal fabric property of many fabrics. Due to the white background, the white comes to the surface. Unfortunately, this can hardly be prevented and the extent of the "damage" shown depends on the use of the clothing. Hence this is not covered by any warranty.

Sublimated (dull) fabrics

Subfuse (GK), Polytek (GK), Sublimada (Gimar), Sublimated (in the description). These substances can pill very quickly.

Sublimated foil fabrics

Pilling is less likely or hardly visible on these sublimation fabrics. However, the foil fabric can become dull due to use or not or incorrect washing.

Durable fabrics

Velours is one of the most durable fabrics and easy to maintain.

Fabrics such as Nylon/Spandex (GK & CRAZE), Lycra Lisa (Gimar), Polyamid (ERVY), Primatex (GK), Techmesh (GK), Drytech (GK) are also sustainable fabrics, but pilling is visible in this the form of fluff/pulls in the fabric.

Foil (glossy) fabrics

Mystique (GK & CRAZE), Hologram (GK), Lycra Fantasia (Gimar), Lack Shine (ERVY) are sensitive substances. The foil can become dull through use and not or incorrectly washed. Pilling is usually less visible on these fabrics.

(Sublimated) Mesh fabrics

Mesh (GK & CRAZE), Foiled Mesh (GK), Lycra Crystal (Gimar), Tüll Elastic (ERVY) are sensitive fabrics. These fabrics can be compared to panties. Ladders and pulls can quickly get in here.

Care instructions

Guidelines for the use of gymnastic materials and aids

Only use the purchased item for its intended purpose.

Use aids such as gymnastics and home training items only under the supervision of a responsible adult.

Gymnastics is a highly technical sport that may only be practiced under the guidance and supervision of a trained person.

Check or have your materials and aids checked regularly for defects or wear and replace your materials and aids in time to prevent accidents and injuries.

CEK is not responsible for any damage whatsoever resulting from improper use of the items supplied by CEK.

Washing instructions

Many find it scary to wash leotards, but it is actually very simple! Watch the instruction video of ERVY Gymnastics clothing. This is (in our experience) the same for all brands that we sell.

People sweat to keep their bodies at the right temperature. Sweat glands are all over the skin, but the hands, feet, groins, and armpits have the most sweat glands. Sweat is mostly water and salt, but it also contains orthocresol and cresol, which have antiseptic properties. A person produces between 100 and 8000 ml of sweat per day, depending on the circumstances such as the weather, temperature and physical exertion. The sweat is converted by bacteria on the skin surface into substances that have a negative effect on the durability of the fabrics used in gymnastics clothing. Gymnastics clothing is worn close to the skin, just like undergarments, which is why bacteria are always left behind after use, which can affect foil fabrics in particular.

CEK Gymnastics washing & maintenance instruction

 Never wash the gymnastics clothing by hand.

- Wash before use.

- Always wash the gymnastics clothing after every training or competition. Never leave used and possibly sweaty gymnastics clothing unwashed.

- Turn the gymnastics clothes inside out and wash them separately in the washing machine at 30°C on a short rinse cycle.

- If the gymnastics clothing contains rhinestones, always wash it in a laundry bag.

- Use a liquid mild detergent without optical brighteners and without fabric softener and avoid overdosing.

- Never use fabric softener.

- Spin the clothes at maximum speed (minimum 1000 rpm)

- Never leave the gymnastics clothes wet in the washing machine, but remove the gymnastics clothes as soon as the washing program is finished. Hang the clothes on a cloting hanger before the final drying.

- Never iron the clothes.

CEK Gymnastics and the brands it sells are not liable for incorrect handling of materials and color combinations.

Warning "Peeling" on the label attached to the clothing. This means that the property of the material from which these clothes are made can show visible peelling faster (even with the first use) than you may be used to.

Most Common Causes of Peeling on Gym Clothing

- Buying clothes that are too big, which means that contact with rough materials such as Velcro can cause big pulls in the fabric.

- Buying clothes that are too big, causing the gymnastics clothes to wrap around the bars. This can also cause considerable damage, especially in the area of ​​the abdomen and lower.

Some degree of peeling on clothing is unavoidable. All our suppliers meet the standard set for clothing and the degree of peeling that is normal for clothing.

Warning "sensitive fabric" on the label attached to the clothing. This means that the base fabric on which the foil fabric is placed has a different color than the foil itself. As a result, the color of the base fabric will become visible more quickly and "stains" may appear in the clothing.

Most common causes of discoloration of the (foil) fabrics from which gymnastics clothing is made.

- Not washing or washing the gymnastics clothing too late.

CEK provides no warranty if clothing is not washed and dried according to specifications. If you have chosen a model with delicate fabrics and colours, this is at your own risk. CEK can refuse a complaint about (special) orders if you have chosen this combination.

This measurement already takes into account a normal amount of growing space. Of course, we cannot give any guarantees on these dimensions and these dimensions are only an advice. Associations & teams

How nice that you ended up at the most extensive gymnastics shop in Europe! You are probably curious about what we have to offer your association.

Because we have 5 different brands of gymnastics clothing and 3 different brands for tracksuits, the collection is immense and there is bound to be something for your TEAM. And if you can't choose, we can always get started with a unique design for your club.

We sell various brands such as:

Leotards for (young) ladies and (young) men

First of all, it is important to know what kind of leotard you have in mind. With this, we mean the type of fabric, the colors and of course the budget is also quite important. Every brand has its own pricing policy, so we can immediately see which brand suits you best from a budget.

Do you want to choose your own design? This is already possible from € 100.00 for a long-sleeved leotard!

When we have discussed what your dream leotard is, we will request a drawing free of charge. This drawing can always be adjusted until you are satisfied!

If you have opted for a sublimation leotard, we can request a blanket free of charge. A blanket is a piece of fabric of your designed sublimation leotard with the selected print, in order to be able to judge the colors in real life and to feel the fabric.

Are you happy with the blanket? Then, a fitting session with all team members will follow! This is possible with our leotards for fitting. We do, however, always recommend ordering a sample leotards of the desired model in the desired fabric combination. This way you can easily determine whether you should order sizes equal to / larger than / smaller than the fitting size.

When you are done fitting, we would like to receive all sizes by e-mail and we will create the order. Once the order has been paid, we will place the order with the supplier. The average delivery time depends on the volume and supplier, but will be between 4-10 weeks.

Tracksuits

Many associations have already visited us and shine in a Jako, Craft or Erima tracksuit, backpack or bag. In the extensive collections, we can find your color tracksuit and, of course, provide it with a club logo or text. We can do most of the printing ourselves, which means that the costs can also remain low with a few repeat orders.

Article 1 - Definitions

In these conditions apply:

Article 3 - Applicability

These conditions apply to all deliveries and services of CEK Zwijndrecht in the performance of tasks that do not come from business customers, companies or clubs, associations or other group orders.

When you make an online purchase at CEK, these terms and conditions will be offered to you before you complete the purchase. If you check the checkbox, we assume that you have read our terms and conditions carefully, and that you agree with them.

Article 4 - The offer

  1. If an offer is subject to special conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.
  2. The offer is non-committal. CEK is entitled to change the offer and adapt.

Article 5 - The contract

  1. The agreement is, subject to the provisions of paragraph 4, concluded at the time of the consumer accepts the offer and agrees with the corresponding conditions.
  2. If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, CEK will immediately acknowledge electronic receipt of acceptance of the offer. Until receipt of this acceptance has not been confirmed by CEK, the consumer may rescind the contract.
  3. If the agreement is created electronically, CEK take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the electronic transfer of data and he will ensure a secure web environment. If the consumer can pay electronically, CEK will take appropriate security measures.
  4. CEK can - within the law - inform if the consumer can meet its payment obligations, as well as all facts and factors relevant to a responsible conclusion of this agreement. If CEK on the basis of this investigation has good reason not to engage the agreement, it’s entitled to refuse an order or request, or to bind special conditions to this order or request.
  5. CEK will, with every product or service, provide the following information to the consumer in writing or in such a way that it can be stored in an accessible manner by the consumer on a durable medium to send: a. The address of the establishment of CEK, where the consumer complaints can be send to; b. the conditions and how the consumer can claim the right of withdrawal, or a clear statement regarding the exclusion of the right of withdrawal; c. information about guarantees and after sales service; d. the data included in article 4 paragraph 3 of these conditions, unless CEK has provided this information already to the consumer before the execution of the agreement.

Article 6 - Right of withdrawal

Within the statutory period of 14 days you can cancel your order without giving a reason. This can be done in writing (by e-mail to info@cek-gymnastics.com) or by sending the products back, in the original conditions and packaging with sufficient postage. Return the products within the prescribed period (max. 14 days following submission of your revocation) stating your order- or invoice number, name and bank details to

Test and / or try on the items just like you would do in a shop.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back. CEK ensures that the amount paid by you, as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after the withdrawal, will be refunded. This is on condition that the product has been received back by the merchant or if a conclusive evidence of complete return can be submitted to the merchant.

Article 7 - Costs in case of withdrawal

Make sure you pay the correct postage to avoid extra cost. The cost of the return shipment will not be reimbursed. All extra cost for shipment will be deducted from your balance. We recommend that you use a shipping service with track and trace. In a dispute, the consumer must prove that the return has been received by us.

Article 8 - Exclusion of right of withdrawal

Article 9 - The price

All our prices are including VAT and excluding shipping and optional embellishment. If an item on the image includes options that are not included in the price shown, there will be a brief description stating that the article is shown with optional rhinestones, jewels or additions. Prices are subject to change. The price is valid at time of order. If you have chosen to pay in advance by bank or to pay at pick up, then the price is valid for up to one week after ordering or up to one week after the notification that your order is ready to be picked up and paid. If a price change took place within this timeframe, CEK has the right to adjust the price after the said period of one week.

All prices are subject to printing- and typographical errors. For the consequences of printing- and typographical errors no liability is accepted. CEK is not obliged to deliver the product to the erroneous price in case of printing- and typographical errors.

Article 10 - Compliance and Warranty

CEK does its best to provide you the best quality in handling and delivery of your order. Unfortunately, we also make mistakes, log any defects or faulty goods within two working days after delivery to CEK. The return of the product must be in its original packaging and in new condition.

It also possible that an article contains a manufacturing defect. CEK gives 6 months warranty on manufacturing defects of the products. The warranty starts on the invoice date.

To learn, we take the defective items in return. In accordance with the law, we will repair the item, or compensate you fully or partially. The warranty is given only to manufacturing defects (such as loose seams or stitching, broken elastic etc.) To be eligible for warranty we need: The article, a copy of your proof of purchase (invoice) and in the case of a leotard, we need the leotard together with (size) label that is in the leotard, together with a completed complaint form.

What is a manufacturing defect? This is a defect to a product which is NOT caused by:

  • Improper use (e.g. labels cut from the pack)
  • Normal wear (for example, peeling, thinning of material and loss of shine of the fabric)
  • No or poor maintenance (eg: not washing the leotard after each use)
  • Color running (for example, when light and dark fabrics are combined in a leotard or combined with a short)

Peeling, fading of the color of the fabric, losing the shine of the fabric and losses of the foil of the fabric are normal characteristics of (foil and lycra) fabrics. This is, therefore, not covered by the warranty.

Wear of leather products (grips) is dependent on many factors (including weight of the gymnast and amount of use). The thinning of leather products (grips) is also subject to normal wear and is not covered under warranty.

We are not allowed to process any used apparel that is not properly washed. You (the consumer) are then responsible for the cost of shipping to receive the apparel back, or will pay our laundry costs.

Returned items not covered by the warranty can be picked up at our warehouse free of charge after notification. We can also send the articles back to you after we receive your payment for the costs of the shipment.

Gymnastics apparel can be made of various fragile fabrics. Therefore please visit our website / customer service and read: fabric characteristics , to the different fabric characteristics and their durability. This will avoid disappointments.

Follow the maintenance- and user guidelines for your gymnastics clothing, materials and tools as stated on our website. If you are unsure whether your complaint is covered by the warranty, please first send a photo and a description of the item and the defect by e-mail.

Always ship your return shipment with sufficient postage, or hand it off at our warehouse with all necessary information / forms. Don’t forget to write down your address details and e-mail. Within 2 weeks of receiving your return shipment, the status of your return by e-mail.

Please note that during general holiday periods, this period may be longer.

Article 11 - Delivery and implementation

  1. CEK will do its utmost best to take care of receiving and implementing orders for products and assessment applications for the provision of services.
  2. The delivery location is the address that the consumer has made known to the company.
  3. Subject to what is stated in paragraph 4 of this Article, the company will implement accepted orders expeditiously but not later than within 30 days, unless the consumer has agreed to a longer delivery time. If delivery is delayed or if an order is not, or only partially carried out, the consumer receives them within 30 days after placing the order. Do not leave it laying around while it's still damp.

Never soak a garment, wash it warm, or use fabric softener, and do not rub or wring.

CEK and its suppliers give no warranty if the garments are not washed and dried according to specifications. If you have chosen a leotard with delicate fabrics and colors, this is at your own risk. The manufacturer can refuse a return of special orders if you have chosen this combination yourself.

Article 18 - Other guidelines for the use of gymnastic equipment and tools

Use your purchased product only as intended. Use tools such as gymnastic grips and home training articles under the supervision of a responsible adult. Gymnastics is a very technical sport that can be practiced only under supervision of a trained person.

Check or have your materials and tools checked regularly for a defect or wear and replace your materials and tools in time to avoid accidents and injuries. CEK is not responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of the products supplied by CEK.
